| The secret is in drinking 24 ounces of low fat milk in 24 hours, combined with 24- day eating plan. hence 2424 milk diet. The average expected weight loss is between 1 and 2 pounds a week. i was never on this diet, but a friend was and she quit before finishing this diet. I think i would too, cos i am really not a milk lover. |
