This is 3 day face lifting diet. Dr Perioccone claims you shall feel better, look younger and your skin on face shall tighten. The effects of 3 day diet can last for up to 2 weeks! Diet is consisted of 5 meals- you also get snack before bedtime
For breakfast eat:
omelette from 3 egg whites and 1 yolk
baked or ground salmon
1 cup cooked oatmeal
1 piece peach (may be conserved)
1 cup small fruits (best is blueberry)
For lunch eat:
baked (wild salmon or tuna from can or sardines in olive oil or sushi from salmon
2 portions of lettuce with olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 slices pineapple
1 bigger portion of small fruits
2 glasses water
Afternoon snack:
chicken breasts (without skin)
4 hazelnuts (or nut)
1 green apple
Dinner:
backed salmon
2 portions of lettuce with olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 orange
1 bigger portion small fruits or one kiwi
Snack before bedtime:
60 g non fat turkey with some salt or chicken breast
1 pear or green apple
3 or 4 almond or olives |

It doesn't seem like a hard one. I will end this one I am on now (10 more days to go and being hungry) and then comes 3 day face lifting diet
Menu looks delicious and rich...like loooots of eating  |
