Maybe they are crazy, maybe they are tricky, but they all look great! Try out 50 weight loosing tricks, or at least those that you like, and tell us- ARE THEY EFFECTIVE?
LOOSING WEIGHT LIKE A CAVE MAN
Do it like Hillary Swank… She eats only unprocessed food, food which was available in times people lived in caves: only consumption of poultry, fish and plenty of fresh vegetables.
LOOSE WEIGHT BEFORE LUNCH
Claudia Schiffer eats only fruits before lunch. ‘I never follow diets, because they interfere with my, or anyone else’s metabolism. Instead, I eat 3 meals, and plenty fruits for breakfast.’ Fruits are digested easily and cleanse body of all toxins. ‘I also try not to eat snacks between meals’.
