This diet is actually quite luxurious. Practice this diet only one week. With this 7 day fish diet you can loose 4 punds in one week.
when you have bread on the menu, try to eat black or whole grain bread- it will keep you full for longer time.
Eat this breakfast every day:
1 cooked egg (cook only 2-3 minutes)
1 cup of greaze (make it water, not milk)
1 cup of barley coffee (or tea if you don't drink coffe, but no sugar)
Monday
Lunch: tuna salad (100g) with mozzarela (50 g), carrot (not limited) and lettuce (not limited)
Dinner: mixture of various lentil (100 g), with pumpkin (not limited), onion, and shrimps (100g)
Thuesday
Lunch: 150 g sea bass, 1 slice of bread with tomato, paprika, pumpkin, (prepare everything in a owen), and 2 slices of pineapple
Dinner: 150 g salmon with lemon juice, 2 cooked potatos amd spinach with few drops of apple vinegar (forget about cream or milk with spinach)
Wednesday
Lunch: hake (100 g)with curry and vegetables, ground fennel, and one slice of bread
Dinner: 60 g rice with low fat cheese (30 g) and smoked pork (prepare in owen), green salad with cucumber, one pear
Thursday
Lunch: salad made of sea fruits (50 g squids, 3 shrimps, 1 cooked potato), arthichoke baked in owen, 3 creckers
Dinner: tomato soup (200 g ripe tomatos) with 50 g bread and one spoon of parmesan. Juice from exotic fruits (it is best if you prepare it yourself or buy one without sugar)
Friday
Lunch: salad with 4 cheeses (120 g), carrot and pumpkin; 1 kiwi
Dinner: 150 g rice with smoked salmon, chicory and 1 banana
Saturday
Lunch: 120 g cod-fish in owen with muschrooms, green salad and radish, 1 apple
Dinner: pizza with sea fruits, sugar free juice
Sunday
Lunch: 150 g grilled fish, grilled eggplant, 1 bread slice
Dinner: 70 g carrot with shellfish, 2 kiwis
