No, it is not a myth...
When you are acne pitting, you're probably pitting more then one pimple...you're going through your entire face and do what you do. This way you transfer bacteria one the first acne to acne that you're pitting next, and so on and so on...
So, acne pitting is not a myth and besides causing even more acne, it causes some more long-term problems- acne scars. |
