| Do you think it is a good idea to make aftershave lotion at home and give it for present? Anyone knows how to make one? I would like to make aftershave lotion that contains no alcohol, since alcohol tends to be irritationg, right? |

Yes, alcohol may cause this burning sensation after shaving, so yes, definitelly aftershave lotion without alcohol.
I never made this aftershave lotion, but found a recipe on one site. Seems quite easy to make... tell me how it went...
Here is a list of ingredients:
8 drops neroli essential/fragrance oil
10 drops lemon essential/fragrance oil
15 drops bergamot essential/fragrance oil
3 tablespoons witch hazel
5 tablespoons cider vinegar
5 tablespoons orange flower water
You need to combine all the ingredients into a bottle, and shake well. Set bottle aside in dark and cool area for 1 week, and shake once a day.
