This exercise is great for leg muscles, behind and stomach.
Take a classic pose for push ups- get down on feet and hands.
Stretch arms, hands are located little infront the shoulders.
Lift hips and draw your right knee near your chests. Your right foot should be under your hip.
Quickly return your right foot to the starting position and simultaneously draw your left foot to the hips.
Help yourself with your arms by leaning on them.
Repeat this exercise 30 to 60 seconds, alternately changing your right and left foot. Afterward rest a minute and repeat exercise again. |
