Hi!
I am in a steady relationship. My last period began on15th January. I took my first home pregnancy test and it was positive. Yesterday I took another test and was positive again, but the line was fainter.
What does that mean? I still haven’t got my period, and have no other discharge. This is my first pregnancy, and I am even not sure whether this is pregnancy or not. I have no symptoms whatsoever- no nausea, no sickness, nothing.
What do you think I should do? Am I pregnent or not? |

Hey Petra, if we are talking about pregnancy, than this is early pregnancy and is perfectly normal not to have any signs YET. Sickness is a part of early pregnancy, but not everyone have that symptoms and especially not in so early pregnancy.
Pregnancy tests are more or less accurate, best is to use FMU test (first morning urine test), because it shows the strongest concentration of HcG levels, which are pregnancy indicators.
However, the most accurate response you should get from your gynecologist. They confirm pregnancy with blood test, which is more accurate than other pregnancy tests. So, best solution would definitely be appointment with doctor. You’ll have to make an appointment anyway.
I hope this was helpful at least a little. |

Hi mum!
thanks for reply!
I called clinic and scheduled for tomorrow. I think I’ll go mad by then- every minute seems like hour. I am so confused – happy, scared, raising hope, dreaming about baby, decorating room and I am even not sure whether I am pregnant or not. Thanks God I have my hubby by my side, I really don’t know how I would manage this without him. Oh GOD, PLEASE Let Everything Be Fine! |
