I have a question in connection to anti-age and vitamins. Should people consume more vitamins when they age. If yes, which vitamins are best to take to achieve anti-aging effects. By anti-aging effects are mean all that influences overall health.

Of course, as we age our bodies need more vitamin intake.
Overall anti-aging effects are best achieved if consuming vitamin D, group B and calcium. Vitamin D is essential to prevent osteoporosis. This vitamin is especially in older age (above 60) and people should gradually increase intake as they age. When dealing with osteoporosis, increase intake of calcium. For heart diseases and possibility of memory loss, it is important to take vitamins B. For your skin to look better, increase vitamin C intake.
