I wore artificial nails, but you have to be sooooo careful with them- they easily broke, fall off, all sort of things- and if you have to do household chores, they are definitely the least practical.
As far as biting is concerned – I know how you feel- I am in the same boat too! At 32! And am very ashamed of my horrible habit.
I recommend you try those nails that are done in the saloon- they are bit more expensive and every 2 weeks you have to return to redo them, but they last at least!
Artificial nails will easily fall off, they are totally unpractical! But I know ehere are u aiming- to grow your nails under artificial ones…could give it a try anyway, what do you have to loose? |
