Is it true apple cider vinegar works for cellulite? My friend told me she had been massaging her body (thighs and behind with apple cider vinegar every night before bed time) and that apple cider vinegar actually helped her dealing with cellulite. Do you think apple cider vinegar could really have this effect on cellulite?

I heard stories like that too. Some claim apple cider vinegar works for cellulite if you drink one spoon every morning with water! Yuck!!! I hate sour things and can;t imagine drinking htis every morning.

Hey girls,
maybe she is right... i also heard apple cider vinegar is good for cellulite Smile and for many other things.
I think that the main ingredient that helped her reduce cellulite was massage. Regular massage (no matter what you use for massage... lotion, cream, oil, or apple cider vinegar) helps dealing with cellulite (and some say even strech marks). However, you have to massage regularly- as soon as you stop massaging, cellulite returns... Trust me- this is verified!

Just massaging? it didn't work with me. I bought anti-cellulite cream, and was following directions, which means massaging – it didn't help.

Exercises, WATER!!!! (no soft drinks, coffee, sugar, fast food, fried food) and massaging- the only formula that helps!
The success doesn't come overnight, you have to be persistant! But if you try hard enough you'll succeed! However, you have to truly follow what written and drink at least 8 glasses of water. Wink

Hi!
Every person is unique and yes, every women's cellulite is unique Smile Some women may exercise, drink water, eat healthy, and nothing will help them get rid of cellulite- not lipo, lasers, nothing. For example, liposuction can suck the fat and make woman look thinner, but in most cases it will do nothing regarding skin surface, i mean cellulite will still be visible on the skin surface.
Cellulite is tricky! As I said in some previous posts – it is written in genes. yes, it has a lot to do with life style, but the biggest factors are genes.

I heard/read somewhere that too.
but i also heard that key with anti-cellulite creams or other treatments is massage.
A friend told she was massaging herself, and situation got better, but then she stopped and said the cellulite was even more obvious than before.
I use apple cider vinegar when injuring - to prevent swollen extremities or simiral. As i said i heard women use apple cider vinegar for cellulite, but i haven't tried, nor i know a woman who did.
