Maybe your problem is over-application. Mineral makeup foundation contains no fillers and is very concentrated and a little goes a long way. For that reason it is very easy to over-applicate it, especially if you are used to ordinary non-mineral makeup.
Maybe is the way you are applying mineral makeup, actually a tool you are applying it with- is it a sponge? Sponge or Kabuki brushes are used for heavier coverage, while if you want your cover to be light to medium it is best to apply powder with a light and fluffy brush.
Another reason could be your powder shade is too light- too light shades also create mask like appearance… try to blend two shades together, or simply buy darker shade. Anyway, darker shade utilizes fluffier facial brush. |
