This exercise is great for muscles of behind and thighs.
Stand with your legs together, but your feet should be put out (45 degree corner) and should stay in that corner the entire exercise.
Put your right leg to the side and lower in squat on the left foot. Stay in this position till you count to 2 and then return to the starting position (with you legs together, do not remember the corner of feet).
Now, put your left leg to the side and do the same exercise.
Do this exercise 15 times- first right leg out and then back legs together and then left leg out and so on for 15 times. |
