Sure they are, at least practice in my case show that. I am not a chemist, so the list of ingredient doesn’t tell me much. I just know that baby lotion suits me; it moisturizes well enough and my skin is soft afterwards. Also important fact in baby lotion behalf is fast-absorbing formula.
Truly, baby lotion, works great for me, though I do not know how exactly would turn out on someone with greasy skin… maybe baby lotion is recommended for people/ babies (when) having dry skin.
