Hi,
my niece is constantly straighting her hair- she is ironing hair. Then she is complaining that her hair is dry and ends are split due to ironing. She was also mentioning some serums for straighting, but she didn't mention the brand. What is best hair serum for straighting?

I sincerely doubt that any serum will do what iron can do. Really. I tried many so-called straightening serums, but they didn't straighten my hair- moreover they define curls- and i don't want defined curls – i want straight hair.
As far as irons ... does she use ceramic iron? They are best if she irons on regular basis- they damage hair the least. I mean all irons damage hair, but ceramic damage least. Professionals also use ceramic irons. So, if you want to do her a favour, forget about serum for hair straightening – buy her ceramic iron Wink

Look, that's a difference- serums cost around 5 or maybe maximum 10 dollars- ceramic irons cost 100 dollars, and quality ones cost more than 200. So, yeah, go and buy her ceramic iron. Huh!
Besides, my sister is also constantly ironing her hair – she does then since ever – when she was a kid she was spitting on her palm and then straighting hair with saliva. Crazy! Rolling Eyes However, about ceramic iron not damaging her hair or damaging hair least. When she irons her hair – it smells like something burning! If ceramic irons damage least, what must other non-ceramic irons do with hair?!

Sabino moisture block is the best. It's water proof, protects the hair from heat 100 percent, prevents friz in humidity and also defines curls, or keeps hair straight until the next wash. I use it all the time and my hair is midback, super shiny and luscious. I think they are still giving away free sabino at gotfrizz.com

What do you have to lose, it's free and I know you'll love it, I know I did!!!! Surprised
