This exercise activates muscles in arms, shoulders, stomach, behind and legs.
Stand with you leg in shoulder width spread, bend your legs in knees in 45 degree corner (half-squat).
Keep this position, make 4 steps left and 4 steps right.
In the meanwhile kick your imagined opposer or boxing bag (if you have it).
Do this exercise for 3 minutes. |
