I think the title says it all: Cellulite-I'm so depressed Sad what do you recommend to get rid of it? Last year I didn’t have that much cellulite! What can I do?

Cellulite is a consequence of a life style: nutrition, and exercise habits. Am I right? Be honest!
Here is perhaps rigorous way of cellulite reduction, but it works (I checked it up myself): start running and DRINK WATER! Water is cellulite savor! While on the other hand coffee is cellulite maker! Particularly with plenty sugar. Cut on coffee, sugar, SOFT DRINKS, alcohol- that should do. Most of all drink water! At least 1, 5 liter daily! And exercise! I suppose you have most of cellulite on legs, thus you have to work on exercises that are oriented on legs (but you will not get away without exercise – you must do exercises- if you don’t, you’ll have no success with cellulite reduction). These exercises are: running, walking, skating, cycling, .., You should adjust your activity to the physical condition you have- if you weren’t active for a longer time- start with walking, or if you decide for running, also do not over exaggerate- half mile or even less will do for the first time… in time increase intensity of exercise or exercise time. And of course, do not forget about water! Combination of exercise and water works great- it is not the easy way, but by my experience it is the most efficient!
Do not forget about at least 5 minute stretching before and after exercise.

Massaging also helps with reduction of cellulite! Massaging promotes circulation, and thus decreases the amount of cellulite.
When dealing with cellulite on legs for example of behind, or stomach- you can always massage your self. 5 minutes daily helps!
One more thing: do not stop massaging- if you do, the cellulite will become even more prominent.
