Hi,
I have a problem with sweaty armpits. I;ve tried almost all major deodorant brands, and still i constantly get sweaty armpits. Do you have any suggestion what deodorant for sweaty armpits should I buy? |

Aluminium chloride is the substance that prevents sweating. Most deodorants contain Aluminium chloride, but in lower percentages. If non of commercial deodorants help, try deodorant with 10% or higher aluminium chloride amount. I think these deodorants can be purchased only from the pharmacist, and you must use it as directed.
The drawback is that deodorants with so high amount of aluminium chloride can damage clothing. |

I read somewhere that aluminium chloride causes breast cancer?
You should avoid spicy foods and garlic- they can be smelt in sweat and make it more obvious. |

I think, actually i read aluminium chloride rumors are just rumors, and nothing is proved (yet). i use mostly deos that do contain aluminium chloride- they are most effective, but i try not to apply after shaving. I am not sure if this is supposed to help- it is just a prevention in my head
However, BABY POWDER prevents sweating under arms. Apply baby powder and then deo- you won't sweat for sure. |
