| Studies have proven, that are people eating breakfast thinner than those who skip it. If you do not eat breakfast, you will probably eat more during the day. Besides blood sugar is low in the morning and if you do not eat breakfast, by lunch time you will probably want to snack chocolade or something sweet. To avoid that, eat yogurt with banana for breakfast. |
