Lay on stomach. Straight knees, outstretch feet. Arms should be stretched and close to the body. Bring chin to the chest, so your look is sighted in floor the entire exercise.
Lift your chest from the floor. Do not bend knees and do not lift thighs from the floor.
Keep in that position one second
Slowly return in the starting position.
Suring the entire exercise tighten your behind and legs. The exercise is even more effective if your heels are touching each other.
This exercise is very good for shaping legs, behind and back. |
