| Could someone please explain what is Eyelash perm? I don’t know what exactly this is, so any answer would be appreciated! |

Eyelash perm is used on eyelashes only. This is a kit that makes eyelashes curl. The effect lasts approximately 2 months. Eyelashes do look slightly curled up, and darker. Eyelash perm also gives the appearance they are more bushy.
