Hello there!
I completely understand your point of view. Wrinkles around eyes usually appear first and since eyes are central point of human face, wrinkles around eyes cause aging effect on the whole face.
Exercise number one:
Sit upright with your eyes closed and relaxed. While keeping your eyes closed, first look down and then as far up as possible. Repeat this face exercise 10 times.
Exercise number two:
Gently tone the muscles of eyes by pressing two fingers on each side of temples, while opening and closing your eyes rapidly. Repeat this face exercise 5 times.
Exercise number three:
Your eyes are closed and relaxed. Lift eyebrows and stretch your eyelids down as far as possible. Stay in this position 5 seconds and then relax. Repeat this exercise 5 times and remember your eyes are closed all the time.
Exercise number four:
Sit and look straight ahead with your eyes open. Look then down, but your head must stay in primary position. Repeat this exercise (looking down without moving head) 10 times. You can do the same if looking up. Other exercises: look left or right. Remember no head moving.
One more good exercise for reducing bags under eyes, though this exercise has to repeated 20 times twice a day. Gently place your fingers underneath your eyes and lift your lower lids. But be careful, do not raise your eyebrows, which is not very easy to do! You must use lower lid muscles to lift the weight of your fingers.
I sincerely hope you’ll do this exercises. On paper they do no good And remember, all that exercising, it always pays off! |
