Hey there,
There are few things you could do for your skin. If I were you, I would see dermatologist and see what s/he has to say about face skincare and whether Nivea cream really works for you and if s/he has any other recommendations.
For oily skin is good to wash skin with a mild medicated cleanser (this is also why is good to consult doctor). For acne on oily skin Neutrogena acne wash works well, especially type that contains witch hazel, though it tends to dry skin. It would be really wise to consult dermatologist on this topic.
However, when having breakout, try applying 2, 5% benzoyl peroxide (do not use higher concentration like 5% or 10%, because they tend to dry skin too much). If 2, 5% benzoyl peroxide dries your skin, take few days off till your skin recovers, than apply on acne again. This seems best solution for oily and acne face skincare.
Hope this helps. Do see your physician or better dermatologist. |
