In conclusion, natural, sun tanning causes face wrinkles, so turn back to the sun. If you must have darker skin colors, there are options that are not as harmful for skin. For example, tanning spas have lamps that do not emit the damaging rays, in addition there are also pills and lotions available.
Considering nutrition, yes, it is important to get balanced intake of vitamins. Best is to take multivitamin supplements or supplements that are created especially for skin needs- this should be vitamin A, C, D, and E.
