I have a question connected to facial skincare and vitamins.
What vitamins are best to take orally for facial skincare?
What about vitamins and topical facial skincare?

4 vitamins are essential for proper facial skincare. Vitamin A, B, C and E. People get usually plenty of vitamin D through sun, though it is better to avoid sun than expecting getting enough vitamin D through sun.
When taking vitamin A orally, it is enough to take 5000 UI daily. However, it is best if you consult your doctor about the proper amount taken orally. If you use vitamin A topically, it’s been shown it reduces acne and appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Bottom line is, vitamin A is essential for healthy facial skincare.
Unless you suffer from deficiency (which is determined by your doctor), do not take supplements for vitamin B, at least not for skincare. Vitamin B is often present in topical creams, because it hydrates skin. Most often panthenol (B5) and niacinamide (B3) are added to skin care products.
It has been proven by scientists that vitamin C improves and counteracts the effects of sun exposure by reducing free-radical damage, which has been known to lead to wrinkles and cancer. This effects can be achieved by taking vitamin C orally and in topical forms. Best combination for facial skincare is to take vitamin C orally from 500 to 2000 mg daily 9consult doctor first) and combine this intake with topical cream containing vitamin C.
Vitamin E is also beneficial to consume orally (approximately 400 IU- consult doctor!). this intake reduces wrinkles and improves skin texture. Considering topical options, vitamin E reduces sun damage.
Hope this will help.
