I have a question about female celebrity workouts. Has anyone here 'studied' specific female celebrity workouts and followed than that routine?
If yes, which one?
I read Jessica Alba has a daily routine of cardiovascular exercises on a treadmill, but she also follows strict diet, and i am not ready to live without bread or pasta.
Do you perhaps have any recommendations on some new female celebrity workouts. I am 165 cm, and have 60 kg, which is 5-10 kg too much. I know it is not that much to loose, but i can't loose it.
I would appreciate any good advice with some effective workouts. |

If you want to loose weight, you have to combine workouts with some limited dieting. You don't have to give up pasta and bread, you just have to know how to eat them. You can eat bread (best is whole grain, cos it leaves you full the longest), but eat it alone, without cheese, yogurt, or anything else you eat it with. And eat it only in the morning.
About pasta- it is best if you eat pasta without meat. No bolognese spaghetti. Eat pasta with vegetable sauces, but do not use any cream. Instead use mashed tomatoes or tomato sauce. |

Every body is different, so it is hard to believe that even if you follow Jessica Alba's routine, you'll achieve the same effect as she did. Simply, different body and different metabolism.
But i think you can make it despite the fact you won't be following exact celebrity workouts. Adjust nutrition and exercises to your needs and possibilities.
First, it is very important to eat breakfast- one slice bread, for example. Then, combine proteins with vegetables (best are green, leafy vegetables): something like lean chicken with big lettuce bowl. I know it is not a dream dinner, but you want to loose weight, right?
And of course exercise. Exercise is very important part of loosing weight, and feeling healthy of course. Include cardiovascular training in your routine, which means you have to make your heart start pumping: running, fast walking, riding a bike... also don't forget muscle training, which includes sit ups, work out on arms etc.
Be persistent and results won't stay behind. Just remember, results don't come over night. If you want to loose weight healthy, it is best to loose 1-2 kg in a month, which means that in a period of few months, you should be proud of your ideal weight. |

| I agree with Pete. If you loose weight slowly and wisely, it won't come back, when eating one piece of cake. Besides, i am sure if you exercise daily, results can't miss. |
