I am almost certain that you have to, especially if you are on the darker side of brunettes.
I am not sure if applying peroxide and then dying is the best choice, maybe those bottle combinations with peroxide and color in them would do. As I said, it all depends how dark your hair is, and how blond you wanna get.
Maybe you should ask hairdresser for advice. |
