Dear,
Experts think getting rid of stretch marks is not possible. Different companies sell product (like Strivectin, for example), but these topical creams and lotions, do not help. They are total waste of money and will not help you get rid of stretch marks. Creams do not penetrate that deep into skin where stretch marks are formed.
Vitamin E might help, because vitamin E affects middle layer, where stretch marks actually occur. However, vitamin E will make your skin smoother and softer, but it will not reduce your stretch marks.
There are actually some creams that ‘reduce’ stretch marks. They do not reduce them, but they do help reduce appearance of fresh stretch marks. If you are still breastfeeding, you shouldn’t be using them. Anyway, you say your stretch marks are already fading in color, so there is no need for purchasing such creams.
Among procedures, some people decide for laser surgeries and some for microdermabrasion. Not first nor second are giving envying results. Besides they are both expensive and should only be performed by qualified doctors.
So, how to get rid of stretch marks? I am sorry, I must disappoint you, but best way is to ignore them- there is no other solution. Of course avoid yo-yo dieting not to cause some more stretch marks.
