| I am 35 and getting wrinkles on my neck and face. Most apparent are around eyes and forming crows feet. I will not undergo plastic surgery, nor am I a fan of botox. My friends did it (not for wrinkles, but for lips) and I do not think they looked natural and pretty. What would be best solution for me for getting rid of wrinkles? |

Every dermatologist will tell you lots of it depend on nutrition. So, eat lots of vitamins and most of all, drink plenty water. Also, avoid alcohol, because it dries out your skin.
Aside from plastic surgery and short term solutions as botox and other injections, best thing for getting rid of wrinkles is definitely Retin-A, which is vitamin A compound. Retin-A erases crow’s feet, fine lines and damage done to skin by the sun. You must be aware that your wrinkles will not get ironed, but will be decreased. Retin-A works by stimulating cell turnover, stimulates collagen production and blood flow into the dermis. It creates tissue and makes the dermis thicker. In short, this means Retin –A creates tissue and prevents wrinkles to occur.
It is imoprant to differentiate between Retin-A, which is vitamin A compound, and vitamin A itself. Do not try to get effects of Retin-A from mega-doses of vitamin A. What you’ll achieve is dry skin and probable poisoning from vitamin A.
If you are prepared for getting rid of wrinkles and getting prescribed on Retin-A, you must see your dermatologist to help determine which concentration of Retin-A is best for you.
One more thing, once you start to taking Retin-A, your sunny days are over, so it is best to do it during winter time.
Hope this will help. |
