Hair is a keratinised protein filament that grows through the epidermis from follicles deep within the dermis. A nail is a horn-like structure at the end of an animal's finger or toe.

in case of guys the most normal hair fall is due to dandruff. and i have noticed in guys they generally have this periosd in the year when they lose hair. so unless you are getting bald there's nothing alrming
