Seasonal changes. Depending on what season it is, your hair has different needs. During the summer there are many elements that can dry-out the ends of your hair, but at the same time, the heat increases oil production on your scalp. During the winter static becomes a problem as does potentially dry hair all around. You know when your hair acts up- use the proper products to combat these problems.

Hair is a keratinised protein filament that grows through the epidermis from follicles deep within the dermis. Found exclusively in mammals, it is one of the defining characteristic of the mammalian class. Although many other organisms, especially insects, show filamentous outgrowths, these are not considered "hair" in the scientific sense. So-called "hairs" (trichomes) are also found on plants.
