| I have acne (and I am 23, female). I try to provide my skin with health skin care, but I guess I am doing something wrong, since situation isn’t improving. What should I do to improve condition and health appearance of my skin? |

Unhealthy skin may be caused because of faulty diet. For example, refined foods, like white flour and soft drinks, make skin look unattractive and increase appearance of acne.
Also lack of healthy food, like vitamins A, complex, B, C and E.
Do you smoke? If yes, this is definitely main reason for acne. Smoking dries skin, lowers circulation and clog pores.
Of course, cleansing is very important when dealing with acne. Proper cleansing not only removes all the dust, dirt and make-up, which accumulate during the day, but also stops the oil-secreting sebaceous glands from getting clogged.
I would suggest you to make an appointment with dermatologist to determine what is the cause for acne and what would be best solution for them. You can also talk thing through and let professional explain what is needed for health skin care. |
