Well, fruits and vegetables are considered to be healthy food , especially peas, beans, though others as well. You should eat integral cereals, seeds, pasta, rice, nonfat meat, lots of fish and less dairy products. This sort of nutrition is especially important if you have problems with high blood pressure or sugar or you are simply overweight. |
