This exercise activates chest, stomach, behind and triceps muscles.
Start this exercise in position for push ups- hands under shoulders. Bent elbows and bring your chest to the floor, making sure your hands and elbows are near your body all the time.
During that, lift your right leg from floor and to the 50 cm height.
Pushing with your hands from floor and pressing with your fingers, just for a second lift also your left leg on 30 cm height.
Return your right leg to the starting position.
This exercise might sound very heavy and believe me- it is!!! This exercise is def not for beginners and do not try to do it until you feel ready enough to exercise it.
For beginners, I would recommend push ups on your knees and lifting your bent legs while approaching with chest to the floor. |
