I have big problems with thin nails. I used to bite them, but I stopped 3 years ago. Ever since my nails are thin and they bend. What can I do to make them stronger?
I use dikla cream for nails…perhaps situation is a little bit better, but the problem persists.
Help! Please! |

One thing that could cause thin nails that bend is heredity. Another cause could be chemicals.
I never used Dikla cream, just their nail hardener. This is a lacquer! I think that is a answer for you! It is colorless, and works fine for base, or without. It strengthens and protects weak and brittle nail, and does not contain Formaldehyd.
Anyway, considering creams- good cream (and I guess dikla is one) for thin and bending nails must contain: protein, zinc, trehalose and retinol.
Do not forget about trying out dikla nail hardener. |
