Hi,
i stopped drinking coffee, and switched to tea (like this is any better), but I have this perspective of anti-oxidants in my mind besides, i drink less tea than i used to drink coffee. Of course, my teeth have stains (they did before and they do now). I tried Crest stipes, but my teeth got sensitive afterwards.
What do you suggest as homemade bleach for teeth? |

Two words for homemade bleach for teeth: hydrogen peroxide.
Here's what i do- need 1 cup water and 1 spoon hydrogen peroxide- mix and then rinse mouth with. If you have very sensitive teeth, spit out and then rinse your mouth with water, and rinse good, because hydrogen peroxide may cause enamel decay. When i think my teeth are yellowish, i do that before bed time. I do it every second day, for about 2 or 3 weeks. The results are whiter teeth! |

Do any of these bleaching methods work on dental work? I have bridge on 4 and 5 left, and is yellowish comparing to my natural teeth, which are really white. My dentist says i have the whitest shade, but when she whitens my teeth, she never works on the bridge.
Is there some method (except changing the entire bridge) with which i could whiten my bridge?
Thank you for help! |

| Baking soda helps. It helps with natural teeth and dental work. My grandma used to clean her teeth with baking soda. Hope this helps... |
