I've been using this homemade vitamin c mask few years, and i want to share this recipe with you.
Main and most important ingredient is pureed pumpkin (cooked pumpkin or canned), which is rich in vitamin C, anti-oxidant. For that reason this homemade pumpkin mask is appropriate for all skin types, but especially for damaged skin.
You will need:
2 teaspoons of pumpkin
½ teaspoon honey (some people use honey alone)- but it wouldn't be pumpkin mask anymore however, honey honey also works regenerative- very good for skin.
½ milk – if you have dry skin, use whipping cream instead milk, and if you have oily skin, use same amount of apple vinegar.
Mix all ingredients, and apply on face. Leave for 15 minutes and then rinse well. You'll notice your face shining immediately. Apply moisturizer if needed. |
