What is a perfect lipstick?
A perfect lipstick looks good on your face when you are wearing absolutely no makeup.
It is actually very simple. All you need to do is apply lipstick or gloss to one lip to test the color and if that color is just a shade or two deeper than your bare lip, then you've found your shade!
And that's it! |
