This exercise activates muscles of behind and legs.
Step out with right leg and light down in half-squat (right leg knee should be above the leg ankle). Outreach left leg behind you.
Arms are bent in elbows and are located before the body and hands are tightened into fists.
In one move overreach your body weight on right leg- straighten it and lift left leg, which is bent in knee, up to the height of hips. Stay in this position seconds.
After that, set down your left leg in half-squat. Immediately straight the left leg and overreach your body weight on left leg. Rise your right leg, which is bent in knee and, up to the high of hips and make a kick out. Stay in this position for 10 seconds.
Quickly repeat this squat-kick out move until you do it 12 times with each leg. |
