| I saw this post about lipstick not staying on lips...I have some other problem. I have a problem with lipstick and teeth- i am not sure this is due to lipstick or am i doing something wrong. It stays on my teeth ...trust me it's embarrassing when people tell you you have lipstic on your teeth. Huh. I've tried few brands, but they all stay. Anyone else has this problem? |

This does not depend on the type of lipstic you're using, and you're not doing anything wrong, you're just not doing something: after you apply lipstic – place finger in your mouth. Then close your lips around your finger and pull finger out.
This will remove any excess lipstick and will prevent collecting on your mouth. |

Use a lip stain. Check out (I think Revlon's new one) called just bitten. Or mix beet powder with petroleum if you're into the homemade thing (add some peppermint extract for flavor) While we're on the subject, lip color effects how white your teeth look. Choose colors that have a blue undertone. Think in terms of red:
Fire engine Red (Blue Undertone)
I Love Lucy Red (Orange undertone) |
