You should choose makeup by your hair.
Blondes use for eyes peach colors, mahogany shades and similar tones. You should start with bone shadow all over the eyelid and than add taupe from the lashline to the crease of your eyelid.
For lips it is best to go with pink. Pink gloss is in for few years and still is. If you do not like pink, than go with something with beige undertones in it.
For cheeks go with pink blusher again or use peach color. If using pink, do not over exaggerate.
