Yup, I am using microdermabrasion cloths. It is a simple flannel cloth, reminds of a kitchen cloth. I use it twice a day, which is when I wash my face- it does make skin soft and smooth, it is better to wash with microdermabrasion cloths then with hands and water only.
I sometimes use it on thighs and body, and it does make a difference! It is the most natural exfoliation- the fiber is really soft, but exfoliates gently.
If you decide to use it, do not forget to wash it in hot water, but better do not use fabric conditioner, just hot water. |

I am not sure if microdermabrasion cloths should be used on daily basis. I heard few times a week, not whenever you wash your face. I think the reason for that is stimulation the sebum or something like that and then your skin produces more oil, which means more pimples… I think so…
Anyway, if your skin feels fine with this routine, then I guess its nothing wrong to use it twice a day… |
