Relax your Feet

Walnut bath Cover 100 g of walnut leaves and 100 g of sage leaves and cover them with 4 liter boiling water. Leave covered 2 hours. Filtrate and once again, slowly warm to temperature appropriate for bath. Put your feet into solution and keep there for 30 minutes. If you have tired feet, repeat procedure twice a day.
