Numerous blackheads and stretched pores- Please Help!

I have a problem. I am 26, my skin is combined, more oily in T zone (mostly in forehead), and can happen it is dry in winter.
Problems are blackheads, that keep on occurring, and stretched pores that look like volcano on my skin – I really have open pores.
I have numerous blackheads and stretched pores- please help! What can I do about these problems?

Stretched pores are a matter of genetics- probably your mother or someone else in family also have stretch pores. On the long run there is nothing to be done about open pores- this is the type of your skin, and in most matters (like skin self-cleaning) open pores are better than clogged pores. Anyway, on the short run, there are few solutions you could use. First thing I would advise you is to stop using warm or hot water on the face (or body), because this open pores. Also avoid tanning, because it also open pores.

On the other hand when having problems with blackheads, open pores a good thing, because blackheads come out easier. Some people steam their faces in order to open pores and then clean out blackheads. I guess this is the best thing to – it is important to have clean hands, or even better to use a specific tool for blackheads squeezing (you can find it in drug stores, and is much better than using fingers).
There are also masks that help bring on surface blackheads; perhaps in your case (having open pores), face steaming would not be a good solution!
