Hello!
Most important is you eat diet, which is rich in proteins, but low in sugar and salt. Avoid sugar, chocolate and junk food.
You especially need to eat (as we all others have to) lots of leafy green vegetables (like spinach and lettuce) and fresh fruits. Try to eat fresh food, I mean fresh fruit and vegetables, as much as possible.
Maybe you should check your sugar levels, iron and similar substances? For example, even a slight deficiency of vitamin B2 can cause oily skin. This means you should eat more whole grains, beans, nuts and royal jelly. If lacking iron, eat buckwheat, black beans and whole rice.
Important fact for healthy skin is plenty fluid. No soft drinks, no alcohol and no coffee, but pure water. Helps skin hydrated and flushes out toxins.
Reduce the amount of fat in your diet. Avoid pork and fried and highly seasoned foods. Consume no animal fats, or heat-processed vegetable oils.
Cook less with oil. Make yourself salads without oil or dressing; and if cannot avoid it use olive oil.
Hope this will help. |
