Hello everyone!
I have a question about Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula and the stretch marks I have on thighs and stomach.
I heard that Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula helps eliminating stretch marks- is this true? If yes, on what principle does Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula work? Have you tried Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula?

No, I have not tried Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula, have read about it.
I haven’t tried it, so I can’t criticize it. Anyway, I would like to say one thing- we women are very sensitive when talking about our bodies/ those who have stretch marks, well they are definitely their worst night mare. There are surgical, actually laser procedures available for reduction of stretch marks, and experts (also patients) claim the results are not as expected- yes, you pay certain amount of money and end up with whiter stretch marks? Huh, not good.
Anyway, let’s get back to Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula. I heard that once, actually I read about it, that massaging cocoa butter into stretch mark area helps minimizing stretch marks. Once again, stretch marks will not disappear, probably they’ll change their color from red to white, which happens anyway after few months. And the secret I think (I also read about that) is in massaging, not in Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula. So, if you massage with ordinary lotion, probably you’ll achieve same results as with Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula. I think.
p.s.
I am not being critical, just skeptical.

I heard that Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula works better on darker skin.
Answer to your question about principles Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula works against stretch marks. Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula contains collagen and elastin, which are actually both found in human body. Supposedly elastin and collagen in Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula in interaction with human elastin and collagen add elasticity to skin and this way prevent skin from ‘cracking’, which means prevent appearance of stretch marks.
