Hey,
I got an email from Revitol, and here is a list of ingredients (and their benefits for skin).
First ingredient, mentioned is Argireline, which is newly developed, safer alternative to Botox. The difference is Argireline is not derived from a poison like Botox, but from amino acids that occur naturally, also no injections with Agireline.
Argireline works by relaxing facial tension because it reduces excessive release of the neurotransmitters, while Botox paralyzes them. Argireline also works to slow down the degeneration of collagen and elastin that normally occurs with aging, and that allows skin to lose its shape.
Next ingredient mentiones is Dermox, which increases synthesis of collagen and restores the surface of the skin.
Than DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol Bitartrate). DMAE is antioxidant and studies indicate that DMAE can function as a cell membrane stabilizing agent. It reinforces the skin's foundation of collagen and elastin, and makes cells live longer, and helps cells avoid dehydrating.
Of course levels of DMAE in our cells drop as we age. DMAE may also aid in healing scars, including acne scars. It helps flush excess lipofuscin from skin cells, which works to reduce aging spots.
Another ingredient: Squalene, which is a natural antioxidant found in your skin. By fighting the free radicals that damage both skin and the rest of your body, it helps your skin remain healthy, while also working to fight off infections.
