Pregnancy test- first time positive, then negative?

Hello,
I did my first pregnancy test at 4 weeks, and i went to gyn, and he said i am pregnant. Then, there was slight bleeding 2 days ago and a tissue passing. I did pregnancy test again, and showed negative. Is this miscarriage? Sad

It is hard to say, but there is a chance this is a case of miscarriage, especially with pregnancy test showing negative results. If possible, visit your doctor again or at least contact your gyn. I hope your doc will have more positive information for you.
