Sit on the floor and stretch your legs in front of your body.
Bent your arms in elbows, so your fists are near your ears.
Lean back, so your body is in 45 degree corner.
Lift your legs from the floor, so your body forms ‘V’ letter.
Turn torso from your hips to the right and at the same time near your right knee to your left elbow.
After that, bent your left leg in knee and near it to the right elbow.
Repeat this exercise 15 times. |
