Perhaps you could minimize bumps, but I think it does not make such difference.
The three razor shaver shaves very good, much better than one razor- the philosophy that 3 razor shaver causes bumps bases on the fact that the razors slide through skin- which means skin is being exfoliated three times, and then this causes bumps. I do not agree with that, because if using one razor shaver, then you have to go through same place more than once, because those shavers are just not good enough and they do not shave all hair at once.
I do not have problems with bumps (I know I am lucky), but I read on forum, some women were complaining about bumps, and some claim that applying baby powder after shaving release you of every bumps. Perhaps you could try it.
